Please read the detailed ingredient list of each product before placing your order. Individuals with an allergy or sensitivity to an ingredient in a specific product should not use that product. If you have a history of sensitive skin, we recommend you perform a patch test 24 hours before general use of the product. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Wicked Waters is not responsible should any skin reactions occur, and assumes that their products are properly used. ALL products are for external use only, and a health professional should be consulted before use on children or infants, or if you are pregnant, nursing, or otherwise immuno-compromised.
No one at Wicked Waters holds a degree in medicine. We make no claims to any specialized medical training, nor do we dispense medical advice. In NO way does Wicked Waters claim any product, or ingredients in any Wicked Waters products treat or cure any illness, mental health condition, physical health condition or disease. Wicked Waters Products are not intended, nor can they be used to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure, prevent or otherwise be used for any disease or medical condition. Objects in the soaps, the soaps themselves and other Wicked Waters products may be small and pose a choking hazard. Please supervise all children when with the soaps/products or with objects used in the soaps/products. supervise children when with any of Wicked Waters products. Keep Wicked Waters Products away from pets/animals for the products pose as a chocking hazard for them as well. Do not eat the soaps/products or objects that are inside of them.
Care must be taken when using our products in the bath or shower to prevent falls. Buildup of soap and/or
oils can occur and may make the bathtub or shower surface slippery. The bath/shower surface should be rinsed or wiped after use to reduce this risk.
Keep water out of the jars of the Sugar Scrubs and Salt Scrubs. Water inside of the jars can cause mold to grow within the jars.
Some of the products may contain larger sized ingredients that may clog drains. It is up to you to use your personal digression befor ordering, purchasing and using and products that contain ingredients that may clog the drains. You accept the risk of clogged drains by ordering and purchasing products that contain larger sized ingredients. The larger sized ingredients consist of herbs, dried citrus peels, berries, flower petals and seeds.
Colored products (soap bars and bath bombs) may stain fabrics and/or ceramics, and a patch test should be performed before using. Wicked Waters is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from the
improper use of any of our products. Wicked Waters is not responsible or liable for any damages caused by the misuse of any Wicked Waters products.
All our products are handmade in small batches. As a result, the product you receive may not be exactly as shown on the website. Soap bars may not be exactly the same size and/or weight as is listed in the product details (although the weight listed is the minimum you will receive), and color may be slightly different due to environmental factors. This is the nature of hand crafted products & what makes our products unique! All soaps are cut by hand one bar at
a time so the cuts are not perfectly straight. As all of our soap is handmade, we can't duplicate the exact coloration each time. Climate changes also affect the outcome of soap. So although we follow the exact recipe each time a bar is made, bars can look different than what is shown in pictures.
We have taken reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained in this Website is accurate, but we cannot promise that this Website is free of errors. You accept that the information contained on this Website may be erroneous.
